I think we have a fine amount of staff.....yes we have three admins but we are hoping the forum will grow....and if you have several staff members from the start that means you dont have to get more staff members as your members increase

This realives pressure from the founder while they should be concentrating on improving the forum which makes the forum better foreveryone

And these staff memebers if they are with you from the start it means you gain a large amount of trust with this staff and you know they only have the best intrests of the forum at heart because they have helped and watched it grow

And if you were to bring in new memebers to the forum while it is succesful then they could just be in it for the power, the glory or to hurt the forum which are all pretty bad reasons

So maybe we need MORE staff memebers xD
